Job Description

Maintain contact with Airport Managers and their teams to understand resource requirements due to operational realities, access operational impact and provide resource within overall KPI parameters. Needs analytical abilities and strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Manage relationship with airport managers & Vertical heads to ensure Prompt services are provided within KPI parameters while simultaneously ensuring airport managers & vertical heads satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate resource and cost savings to stakeholders to improve performance.
  • Provides monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc analysis for multiple airlines and Unifi Business Units in support of Unifi's Continuous Improvement and performance management processes.
  • Provides monthly flight schedule analysis across multiple airlines to senior leaders, regional directors, and station leaders.
  • Effectively communicates with internal and external leaders providing analysis on planning and forecast goals on a regular basis.
  • Assists current stations and Financial Analysts with staffing analysis to assist in maintaining financial and operational stability.
  • Manages and maintains large data sets used to support the creation of dashboards, reports and other analytical tools that provide the business and operations leaders with the information and insight needed to improve performance and processes.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Participates in projects that measure and analyze current processes and operations and develops appropriate solutions designed to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Creates business cases to support strategic investments.
  • Facilitates change management activities at the operational level.
  • Performs ad hoc data requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management preferred, BBA, B.com

Must have skills

  • Strong analytical background and very savvy with numbers.
  • Prior airport operations or aviation experience required.
  • Prior training in staffing analysis, process optimization, change management, and facilitation with previous operational experience in an airport environment is preferred.
  • Advanced level computer skills (EXCEL, ACCESS, and POWERPOINT, statistical packages) are required.

Good to have skills

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management preferred
