Purpose of the Position
Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures in line with the OPEX standards
Review the current procedures and standardize as per the OPEX requirements
Oversee the progress to ensure the processes are on track
Understand operational standards defined by OPEX, performance audits to ensure adherence to defined standards
Should have a strong foundation knowledge of excel
Ability to create and track reports around Average Handling Time, Efficiency and Utilization
Ability to create reports around payroll, budgeting and incentive coverage
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong logical and analytical skillsets
Ability to connect with different teams within SDU to implement the OPEX standardized procedures
Ensuring project delivery on time and tracking project deliverables closely
Support in the implementation of organization-wide projects driven by OPEX
Resolve any clarifications sought by SDU on operational dashboards or compliance scores published
Qualifications
Graduation
Working Experience
2+ years of experience in SOP / process documentation.
