Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct market research and analyse trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Gather and analyse data from various sources, including internal databases, market reports, and external data providers
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track market trends and performance metrics
  • Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
  • Oversee projects as a Project Manager from concept to completion

Qualifications

Qualification:-

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Economics or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Experience:-

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, financial services research, analysis, or a related field preferable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of delivering insightful market analysis and reports
