Job Description
This position is responsible for executing National and Regional Field
Marketing Events (both in physical & digital formats) ,
leading to significant brand + product presence in the target markets and generating of MQL's (leads) as per Field marketing plans.
He / She Will Be THE DRI For
- Executing with Sales Teams & their regional team members month wise region-
specific events across key & designated markets as per the National @ Regional
Field & E-Events Activation Plan to generate Leads (MQLs) and brand visibility.
- Introduce and deliver best practices and innovations across the events
framework - Market Activation's, Industry / Partner Events,
- Deliver high quality non digital & Digital MQL's, increasing quality and reducing
costs of all such leads month on month
- Negotiating sponsorship deals, obtaining permits, handling logistics, managing
the full sweep of branding & communications at activation sites and handling post
activation / event reports.
- Research continuously opportunities for outbound / market activation's and
marquee events
- Analyze executed campaigns for deliveries and process improvements, publish
monthly dashboards for Field and Outbound Marketing . Manage CPL and CPC
as per budgets.
Areas Of Impact
- Field Marketing across different types of Markets to complement Digital and Offline Marketing
efforts.
- Leads and MQL generations through monthly events to meet business growth.
- Relationships building with key external stakeholders, partners , business associates
- Build an impressive network of vendors and event organizers
- Event Management and Thought Leadership seminars ( non- lead generation activities)
- Conducting Webinars.
Hard Skills
- Excellent E Event and Physical Event Planning skills with granular thinking
- Experience managing Market Activation Agencies, Vendors / Event Organizers for high value
projects .
- Process and Systems Thinking with Contingency planning capabilities
- Creativity and abilities to produce innovative and original Event marketing concepts
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with significant budget and financial management.
- Data mining and data base management
- Time and Project Management skills, ability to multi task and work on multiple objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualifications: BBA, BBM, BCA, Bcom, BSc, BE or any graduate with relevant job experience
Competencies
1 Open to work from Office 5 days a week.
- 4+ years experience in Marketing Activation / Field Marketing Roles
- Experience in conducting Lead generating B2B and B2C activations
- High on energy, Active thinking, delivering on time , every time.
- Creative and Disruption driven mindset, questioning the status quo always
- Experimentative personality, raising the baseline continuously
- Excellent Execution Skills, Doer and not a Delegator.
