Job Overview And Responsibilities
This Learning Specialist is a delivery expert in the field of leadership development and responsible for the facilitation of learning solutions in an engaging atmosphere for employees across United. They support consultative partnerships with business leaders, content experts, organizational collaborators, and Global Learning. Delivery of learning content is done through a variety of modalities, though primarily classroom instruction. This role is a great fit for you if you are passionate about training great leaders to develop great teams, you aim to propel company growth through meaningful facilitation, and love interacting with various employee groups ranging in department, years of experience, and so much more.
- Prepares and delivers leadership and employee development content across India Knowledge Center
- Communicates proactively, consistently, and in alignment with content and participant needs for all delivery engagements
- Sets up classroom environment conducive to learning and session requirements
- Organizes and administer pre- and post-training activities
- Collaborates with training team and vendors as applicable to achieve desired curriculum deliverables
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years professional facilitation experience including demonstrated success in utilizing various adult learning approaches including, seminars, workshops, one-on-one coaching, train the trainer, web-based and others
- Proven ability to connect learning to organizational needs
- Content evaluation, mentor of leadership skills and communications awareness.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
- Training vendor content certifications (i.e., FranklinCovey, MindGym, corestrengths, DiSC, HBDI, etc.)
