TheRole: Platform Metrics Specialist

The Private Markets space is rapidly expanding and so is our product offering. iLEVEL is part of the larger Enterprise Solutions technology team, composed of over 100+ engineers operating out of the USA (United States of America), Europe, and India. All team members share a passion for technology and solving complex technical problems with focus on quality and high performance.
The Impact
As part of the Service Management Team you will own, track, manage, and report data across various operational activities of the Private Market Tech division.

- Build on your experience with keeping multiple initiatives moving while handling team expectations and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as cycle time, plan-to-done ratio, and scheduled vs. unscheduled releases.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize team performance and project progress.
- Conduct postmortems and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Utilize tools like PagerDuty to manage incident responses and ensure effective support operations.
- Liaise with multiple scrum Team Leads to gather relevant data and provide actionable feedback.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to promote continuous improvement.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage and optimize workflows.
- Capture and analyze team data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Create Dashboards and Charts to monitor monthly progress on various KPIs, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Provide stakeholders with relevant, accurate and timely information.
- Manage effective communications with all the stakeholders as needed.
- Proactively enhance and improve existing / new processes and support drive for efficiency/effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience working as a Metrics and process Analyst.
- Dedicated, Flexible and a quick learner of new processes.
- Proven experience in capturing and analyzing metrics related to software development and support workflows.
- Strong understanding of support workflows, incident management, and conducting postmortems and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps and PagerDuty.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in implementing them within teams.
- Excellent data visualization skills, with the ability to create dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting and documenting postmortems and root cause analyses.
