Job Title: Specialist / Expert- HR Operations
Job Location: DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC, India (Mumbai)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference for our people, and the experience they have with the organization and engagements with HR function, participating in various touch points vis--vis employee lifecycle and solving queries and problems.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding process, HR MIS, center payroll processing, engagement activities, celebrations, employee issues/grievances, performance and talent management, employee exit/offboarding, HR policies and governance.
. Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities
. Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies
. Analyze HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements
. Managing employee database in the HRMS tool
. Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement
. Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee
. Work with senior leaders to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals
. Plays key role in coordinating the organization of other key or large-scale HR or company events e.g. HR conference, recreation activities, annual party, townhalls etc.
. Communication: To co-ordinate and support the various communication activities.
. Labour Relations: support/coordinate a fair and equitable processes and guidelines on employee counselling and discipline. To handle employee grievances
. Management of recruitment & governance tracker
. Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans.
. Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
. Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet HR personnel information needs.
. Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
. Take initiative on Center HR projects and priorities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
. Graduate (Bachelor's degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
. Post graduate - HR (preferred).
. Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience.
. Familiar with & experience on HRIS, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Coaching, HR Policies, Compliance, Stakeholder management
. Good communication skills.
. Should be hand on with MS office tools (excel, word, ppt)
. Working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results.
. Interact with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.
. Implement diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives.
. Experience presenting to different audiences verbally, in writing and in presentation formats
