Department Description:

The Specialist, HR Shared Services will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to all employees, administering, and executing core operational processes and resolving inquiries in a timely fashion with an eye on meeting / exceeding SLA requirements. In addition to handling queries, they will also be responsible for process documentation and reviewing tickets of associates.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering HR customer service to employees, managers, and other customers.
  • Work on process documentation
  • Provide guidance to team on queries and help in reviewing work of associates and senior associates.
  • Provide training to newer members of the team
  • Support internal HR Shared Service Centre operational and service management reportingIdentify areas of process improvement and make recommendations to scale and simplify

Required Skills

  • Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in a related field
  • At least 3-4 years of HR shared Services experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills such as ability to adapt, problem solving, taking ownership and be a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Should be flexible to work in 1pm-10pm shift
