Job Description

  • Support US Benefit Processes e.g. census file, invoicing, reimbursement etc.
  • Knowledge of key Workday business processes such as Hires, Terminations, change job
  • Well-versed in providing offshore support. Should be able to handle support issues and enhancement projects classified as Critical/High/Low/Medium priority.
  • Ability to create supervisory orgs, process hires, terminations, change jobs with strong understanding of rescind, correcting business processes with their associated impacts
  • Strong experience in data management and data audits, with ability to read audit trails from Workday system
  • Run various weekly, monthly, bi-weekly data audits to maintain data sanctity in the core HRIS
Requirement:
  • 3-5 Years of experience in working in a similar, US based, HR operations support model
  • Workday experience is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to Work comfortably under pressure, meets tight deadlines, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail.
