Job purpose:
As part of the GSS, Ops Excellence team, individuals working with Senior Management/other departments as required on projects requiring coordination across departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling Sanctions Screening and CPDD for the bank for areas of Trade and Remittances products.
- Co-ordinating with various stakeholders for understanding products and the requirements on Sanctions Screening and Due Diligence requirement.
- Knowledge of Customer Due diligence (CDD), knowledge of Counter party reports such as Mira report, D&B reports, Experia Reports, etc, to interpret Reports accurately.
- Handling stakeholders such as RMs, Branch, CSO and Trade Ops and their queries with reference to Name screening and CPDD and escalation management.
- End to end handling of Process related automations projects (requirement gathering, implementing reporting requirement, automation etc.).
- Managing Daily activities in line with laid down process to avoid any audit observation and regulator query and notice.
- Working with Senior Management/other departments as required on projects requiring coordination across departments.
- Person will have to demonstrate a capability to successfully implement projects in challenging timeline.
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM
Experience: 5 to 10 of relevant years of experience.
