What you'll do on a typical day:- You will be responsible for majorly working on the queues that are assigned. Resolve billing issues, raise corrections requests, validate invoices, and ensure all relevant information are captured for timely payment by customer.
- Ensure that the requests are completed within the set SLA.
- Understand the billing process and updates impacting corrections.
- Liaison with the onshore partner and work on any adhoc requests impacting revenue regularly.
- Work on disputes resolution.
- Timely response to the queries from customers on disputes accounts.
- Analyze accounts/statement for accuracy and corrections.
- Root cause analysis and fixing problem to avoid recurrence.
- Resolve EDI issues (210 and 214)
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on the process requirements.
- Bachelors in accounting or finance or commerce
- 0 to 3 years related experience within the logistics or transportation domain (compulsory) within Order to Cash (OTC) primarily in Billing or customer facing roles
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Writes clearly and informatively. Edits work for spelling and grammar.
- Beginners level understanding of Windows applications.
- Should be able to perform duties independently.
