The Cloud Security Assessment Specialist will be responsible for conducting security assessments and audits of cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities, ensure compliance, and recommend best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud security principles, tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud security assessment and auditing.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features.
- Experience with security assessment tools (e.g., CSPM, Prowler, ScoutSuite, Azucar, Nessus, Qualys, Burp Suite).
- Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and standards (e.g., CSA, CIS Benchmarks).
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCSK, AWS Certified Security Specialty, CCSP) are a plus.
