DEPARTMENT BRIEF:

Data Solutions is the industry-leading Off Platform content delivery platform. Clients seamlessly access organized and connected content that is easily discoverable, explorable, and procured via the Open: FactSet Marketplace. Data is delivered via a variety of technologies and formats that meet the needs of our client's workflows. By enabling our clients to utilize their preferred choice of industry-standard databases, programming languages, and data visualization tools, we empower them to focus on the core competencies needed to drive their business. The SBU contributes over $173M in ASV, with a double-digit year-over-year growth rate. Our solutions portfolio includes Standard Data Feed, Data Exploration, OnDemand (API), Views, Cornerstone, Exchange Data Feed, Benchmark Feeds, the Open: FactSet Marketplace, Quantopian Enterprise, and other non-workstation initiatives.

Join the Data Solutions group as a Specialist, Client Services and embark on a unique opportunity to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the Financial-Technology industry. This role will expose you to cutting-edge CTS products, processes, and global clients. Initially, you will provide intelligent solutions and support to clients, developing in-depth expertise in our exciting range of products. As you progress, you will take on responsibilities such as managing client implementation projects, key account relationships, and delivering innovative business solutions to new and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Solutions and Support:

  • Provide intelligent solutions and support to global clients, developing expertise in various CTS products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product development to contribute to innovative and market-leading solutions.
  • Participate in the pre-sales process as a subject matter expert.

Project Management and Client Relationships:

  • Manage client implementation projects and key accounts, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and expectations.

Training and Stakeholder Management:

  • Conduct external and internal training sessions to enhance client understanding and product adoption.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, fostering productive relationships and ensuring smooth communication.

Job Requirements:

  • A relevant Finance and Technology degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in one or more FinTech technologies, programming or query languages, and/or a strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn in a dynamic technical landscape.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Benchmarks data is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of financial market data.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated, with a desire to learn and work with new technologies.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to excel in a technical client-facing role.
  • A previous client-facing Financial-Technology experience and/or familiarity with Cloud technologies or SQL would be ideal.
