Job Description :

Key responsibilities :

1 Administration, Migration and maintenance of Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Load Balancers, Wireless, SD-WAN,SDN,Proxy,NAC, MPLS / WAN links.

• Hands on experience on EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MBGP, Data Center switching Cisco Nexus Platform, Leaf and Spine Technology, VXLAN
• Deep hands on Experience in any one OEM or Multiple for each Technology given below.
• Routing & Switching Cisco /Juniper (Primary)
• SDN Cisco ACI / OpenSource Network Operating System(Sonic) (Primary)
• SDWAN Silver Peak / Viptela, Merakior
• Wireless Cisco / Meraki /Aruba or
• Load Balancer F5 / NetScaler (Secondary)Must

2 Following Patch management, Validate and Maintaining the stable firmware version/IOS upgrade on all the critical devices-Core Switch, Router,LB, SD-WAN & SDN Appliance Must

3 Work in Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis and Mitigation,

Vulnerability Assessment and remediation Must

4 Complex configuration change in Network Device. Implement Architectural Change and do Migration Activity. Must

5 Conduct BCP/ DR Drill activities. Participate in Operational Transformation activity. Must

6 Fine tune Threshold and Alert mechanism Must

7 Drive P1 Call. Provide direction to Team Members for high ageing Tickets and support wherever needed Must

8 Documentation standardization (SOP,Run Book,KB etc.) and Report creation. Handling Team ,Participate in Team call and client call,Update Activity tracker, Ensure to meet compliance and processMust

9 Deep Log-analysis for firewalls and LB's whenever necessary, Traffic analysis via packet capture ,Top talkers etc.Must

10 Participate in CAB call for Critical Change Request . Must

11 Ensure HA set up for all Critical Network Devices Must

12 Participate in Service Improvement Plan and Automate Routine Task Must Level Definitions
