In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns using the Braze platform to engage customers and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using Braze.
Create personalized customer journeys and targeted messaging to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Develop audience segments based on customer data and behavioural insights.
Utilize Braze s segmentation tools to target appropriate customer groups.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with creative teams to ensure consistent and compelling campaign content.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and customer experience.
Implement best practices for campaign optimization and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
What Will You Bring:
Proven experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer lifecycle management.
Experience in email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
