- Tier 1 application support provides initial response to alerts, alarms, and trouble tickets; perform morning health checks; take immediate known or documented actions to support and recover applications / jobs; as needed engage the next support level; follows AT&T incident management practices that includes CTW, recovery participation and communication support; post incident RCA & other support meetings, supports changes and releases but does not deploy changes.
- Tier 2 - I addition to Tier 1 services, Tier 2 application support executes change work tasks and release management activities; works in detail with app owners, developers, vendors, database teams, PMATT (VPMO) projects, capacity planners, DR planners to resolve problems, incidents, complete projects, contribute to improvement plans and lesson learned documents; improve monitoring and alerting.Work with AT&T oversight via daily, weekly, or other routine meetings to drive improvement using data, trends & observations.
- Infra Structure: Primary hardware & infrastructure integration team responsible for the installation/configuration and integration of a stated Application per PMATT (VPMO) and application owner / IT specified configuration requirements.
- ADBA - Provide ADBA Tier 2 support services to the application database, such as DB performance analysis, DB maintenance of tables, org., cache tuning, archiving, data import, open, track and escalate vendor PMR and SR; support trouble and incident resolution, support capacity reviews and PMATT (VPMO) projects, comply with ASPR and work with, collaborate with system database administrators.
- Adhere to company policies, security requirements, and compliance standards, promoting continuous improvement.

Overall Experience: Overall Experience: 3 4 + experience performing Production Support for Mission Critical, high-performance applications.
Primary / Mandatory skills:
- Experience working in Agile Environment
- Strong Communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Effective leadership and teamwork skills working with cross-functional teams.
- Cloud Technologies - Azure
- Configure and manage customer Azure cloud environment
- Implement CI/CD based application development methodology using tools like Jenkins/TFS/PowerShell
- Should be able to write infrastructure as code using Terraform/Azure ARM
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible and CICD automation.
- Able to use a CI/CD pipeline to deploy applications on Azure. We use GitHub and GitHub actions for CI/CD.

- Tomcat and IIS Configuration
Secondary (Good To Have Skills):
- SSL Certificate Management
- Code Vulnerability Scans
- Experience in Linux/Unix administration
