Conduct market research and analyse trends, competitors, and industry developments
Gather and analyse data from various sources, including internal databases, market reports, and external data providers
Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track market trends and performance metrics
Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development
Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
Oversee projects as a Project Manager from concept to completion

Qualifications

Qualification:-

Experience:-

3+ years of experience in real estate, financial services research, analysis, or a related field preferable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proven track record of delivering insightful market analysis and reports
