Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide support and accommodations to help students access the curriculum
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers on best practices for inclusive education
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
