Job SummaryThe Special Educator is responsible for providing individualized education and support to students with disabilities. This role involves developing and implementing specialized instructional programs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide direct instruction in academic subjects, as well as social, emotional, and life skills
Work closely with general education teachers, therapists, and other support staff to coordinate services for students- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address specific behavioral challenges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including IEPs, progress reports, and other required documentation
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in special education
Valid Degree , Certification and RCI registration is must.
