We are seeking a Special Education Trainer to join our Inclusive Education setup in schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, with a focus on vocational training for individuals with disabilities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a deep understanding of applied psychology, child care, and child development.
The Special Education Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing vocational training programs for individuals with disabilities. This will include creating lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and providing support to students as they work towards their vocational goals. The trainer will also work closely with other staff members to ensure that each student receives the individualized support they need to succeed.
