Your Role
- Key purpose of the role is to fulfill all SAP and administrative tasks related to manual and electronic order entry, credit & debit note management, supporting in customer and pricing master data, delivery note creation, Invoicing, and reporting.
- Monitoring of eShop and EDI orders. The role can be split by Order Entry Agents, Claims Agents, Domestics/Export Agents, based on countries depending on the Support Office workload and agent profiles.
- Full overview and understanding of the order-to-cash (OTC) transactions.
- Execute tasks within outlined KPI.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Cooperation and analytical skills to work together with CS in the countries.
- Conversant in SAP SD module
- Good in Customer orientation
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence reports and MS office
