Key Responsibilities:
Translation Tasks:
- Accurately translate call content from English to Spanish and vice versa in real-time or post-call settings.
- Ensure translations capture nuances and context, preserving the intent and tone of the speaker.
- Analyse call transcripts to create precise, concise call summaries.
- Draft clear and actionable agent notes based on the key points discussed during calls.
- Work on data curation for training AI models and other tasks which are specific to Spanish and English language.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and proofread translations to ensure linguistic and contextual accuracy.
- Maintain high standards for grammar, vocabulary, and cultural relevance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members including developers to refine translation workflows and address challenges.
- Provide feedback to improve the overall quality of translated materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions in Spanish-speaking regions.
- Prior experience in translation, interpretation, or linguistic analysis.
- Ability to quickly grasp industry-specific terminology and adapt to new tools or processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in summarizing and documenting calls.
