We are seeking a Spanish Language Expert- Collections with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in collections and fluent in Spanish. Responsibilities

• Contacting customers to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements
• Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis of collection activities
• Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the collections process

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Min 1 year of experience in collections
• Fluent in Spanish and English
