Spanish Language Assessor

We are in the process of hiring Spanish Language Assessor- Work from home for our own company

Please refer to the below job description.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Evaluate academic papers, K-12/college student responses to open-ended questions in a reliable manner following client-supplied scoring rubrics, in both Spanish and English

Successfully incorporate training and customer scoring guidelines Grading Essays/Papers/topics provided as per guidelines.

Strictly hand grading only, no AI/machine generated feedback to be used.

Minimum Qualification Required*: English Graduate| Spanish B1 Level Qualified | Competency required in both Spanish and English.

Relevant Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with the target languages in a professional context (e.g., teaching, journalism)

Selection Process:

Assessment Test

Final Interview with Manager

Please Note:- This is a contractual job for 1 Year, can be renewed based on performance

Note: Please submit the English Assessment test & Spanish Assessment test within 24 hours (Refer to the Rubric guidelines for Grading the essays) and don't copy and paste the answers or essay from any source and don't use AI .

Job Location - (Work from Home)

Working hours- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days- 6 Days working (Rotational Week Off)

Salary Range: - In between 25 K- 32 K CTC Monthly ( Based on Experience)

Mandatory Skills*:

• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Spanish
• Strong grammar and mechanic skills.
• Good, critical thinking skills to apply basic scoring rules Experience in SOP writing.
• Ability to put aside personal biases and apply scoring guide to meet customer requirements.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Google Sheet)
• Ability to perform independently without discussing scoring decisions with co-workers Be reliable and punctual.
• Accept supervision from development staff, team leaders, or scoring supervisors.

Required Candidate profile:

• Some form of prior teaching experience in English/Spanish field
