Description
We are seeking a Spanish Customer Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in customer support and must be fluent in Spanish. The role requires the candidate to work in India-based company with international clients. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and resolve problems
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 1-4 years of experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with customer service software and databases
