We are seeking a Spanish Customer Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in customer support and must be fluent in Spanish. The role requires the candidate to work in India-based company with international clients. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and resolve problems
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations
  • Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Familiarity with customer service software and databases
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field preferred
