Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Experience managing a day spa in a luxury environment
- Proven track record in achieving profit performance
- Assists with achieving the operating budget through driving revenue and managing costs
- Ensure the delivery of all Heavenly Spa services in alignment with brand standards
- Coordinate spa reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas
- Focuses on ensuring guest and associate satisfaction
- Work with the marketing team to create brand awareness with the market
- Ability to motivate, energise, inspire and empower your team to develop and provide exceptional guest experiences
- Be the creator of enhancing our offerings/treatments
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal with guests and team
