Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious spa at Ridhira Living, a leading chain of wellness themed resort living communities. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the spa industry. The job is located in Cochin, Kerala, India, and offers a full-time employment opportunity.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized experiences and resolving customer issues
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive spa revenue
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies
- Train and develop spa staff on various treatments and services
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
- Prepare and analyze spa performance reports
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative spa offerings
