Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Spa Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in the spa and wellness industry. The position is categorized as senior-level and is open for our locations in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Cochin.
Qualifications And Skills
- Extensive experience in managing spa operations, including employee supervision and customer service, with at least 7-10 years of work experience.
- Proven proficiency in various spa treatments such as therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, Thai massage, and body massage techniques.
- Strong understanding and practice of pedicure techniques and spa treatment protocols.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the spa environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with clients.
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling appointments and managing spa inventory.
- Capability to develop and implement spa marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train spa staff, including therapists and administrative personnel.
- Plan and coordinate spa services, including treatments, workshops, and special events.
- Monitor and maintain spa equipment and inventory, ordering supplies as necessary.
- Handle client complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive resolution and improvement in services.
- Develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to boost spa visibility and clientele.
- Maintain financial records, manage budgets, and ensure profitability of the spa.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety standards within all spa practices and procedures.
