Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager at Bodhi Wellness spa llp. The Spa Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, manage budgets, and supervise skin care treatments.

Qualifications

• Spa Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Budgeting
• Knowledge of Skin Care treatments
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Certification in Spa Management or related field is a plus
