About Us: PDRL is a leader in Drone Software, dedicated to providing top-tier products and services to our valued customers. Our Customer Success team plays a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced South Team Leader for our Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drones,Softwares,customer success, team leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires someone who can lead a team, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our products in the South region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Engineers in the South region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and tools within the team.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and customer success metrics to senior management.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the team and organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ECE, IT or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, drones, software management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools like ZohoDesk.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Drone Industry with 3+ years.
  • Advanced degree MTech or MSc Preferred.
  • Knowledge of Ardupilot , QGCS , AeroGCS ,MissionPlanner along with drones making and designing skills.
