Your job location will be in Ayodhya but you will have to come to Ahmedabad for training. This is mandatory for their main branch. The company will provide your travel expenses and your stay and food facility will also be provided by the company for a total of 3 days.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Chef at OTU India. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes, managing the kitchen, supervising the kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and taste of the food. The Chef will also be responsible for creating new recipes, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Expertise in South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Experience in managing a kitchen and supervising kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to create new recipes and innovate with South Indian dishes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Culinary degree or certification in South Indian cuisine is a plus
