Your job location will be in Ayodhya but you will have to come to Ahmedabad for training. This is mandatory for their main branch. The company will provide your travel expenses and your stay and food facility will also be provided by the company for a total of 3 days.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a South Indian Chef at OTU India. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes and delivering high-quality culinary experiences to our customers. The day-to-day tasks will include menu planning, food preparation, cooking, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in South Indian cuisine
• Ability to prepare a variety of traditional South Indian dishes
• Proficient in using different cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Creativity and ability to innovate in menu planning and presentation
• Prior experience working in a professional kitchen
• Food hygiene and safety certification
• Passion for South Indian cuisine and culture
