Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Chef at OTU India. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes, creating menus, managing the kitchen, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking and preparing South Indian cuisine
• Knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and cooking techniques
• Ability to create menus and plan meals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
