Urgent Opening for Sous Chef (Indian Cusine) Profile

Location: Bandra

Job Description:
  • Assist the daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Pay: 38,
  • 00 - 42,000.00 per month
