Sourcing specialist

Description

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the job market in India and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to identify and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
• Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Strong knowledge of the job market in India, Singapore
• Ability to identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
