Description
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist with a focus on IT to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-6 years of experience in sourcing IT professionals in the Indian job market.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote the company and attract top talent.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in sourcing IT professionals in the Indian job market.
- Experience with a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
