Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, particularly in professional services recruitment with a preference for IT Industry. This role requires expertise in both passive and active candidate sourcing within the UK, US, or EU markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Create shortlists of candidates for open positions based on job specifications.
- Add and maintain candidate profiles in our CRMS (experience with Vincere is a bonus).
- Source and add points of contact from various software platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ZoomInfo, etc., to build a comprehensive database for business development purposes.
- Perform ad-hoc data entry tasks to support overall business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by routinely cleansing and categorizing candidate profiles according to organizational standards.
- Utilize basic Boolean searching techniques to optimize candidate sourcing efforts.
- Willingness to work in UK hours (6am 3pm) to effectively engage with candidates in target markets.
- Understand and prioritize the importance of data quality and integrity in all sourcing activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience with LinkedIn sourcing, both passive and active.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in professional services recruitment or sourcing, with a preference for the IT industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing within the UK, US, or EU markets.
- Proficiency in adding and cleansing profiles on CRMS; experience with Vincere is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean searching techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
