The Sourcing Specialist will support the procurement team in identifying and securing suppliers for electronic components ,inventory management and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and a basic understanding of the electronics manufacturing process.
Assist in identifying and qualifying potential suppliers for electronic components.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and pricing.
Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing and terms.- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure material quality and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and performance metrics.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Support inventory management by analyzing usage trends and forecasting needs.
- Assist in resolving any supply chain issues, including delays or quality concerns.
