Role Description
- Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing IFRACON and similar portals for efficient CV evaluations
- Souring candidates with IFRACON experience for the bidding.
- Understanding project requirements outlined in RFPs for DPR, AE, PMC, Safety, IE, and Supervision.
- Collaborating with contractors other Firms for companies growth for Job Prebid Consultancy, EPC Detailed Designs, and other essential project aspects
- Cultivating new relationships to expand our business and reach greater heights.
- Handling the tendering process for small, medium, and large infrastructure projects
- Exploring joint ventures, collaborations, and associations with other companies to foster growth and innovation.
- Managing all necessary documentation related to tendering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field
