- Float RFx to Global suppliers based on the requirements
- * Able to identify the low-cost country from where the components are manufactured and develop the strategy for the commodity to source the parts on time .
- Develops strategic supplier partnerships to help optimize cost, quality, and performance of critical components
- Develop Sourcing Plan, Early Supplier Involvement, Supplier Selection, Risk Mitigation Plans and Supplier ramp Up Plans and ensure the plan is executed
- Able to communicate with Global suppliers in terms of Pricing and negotiating
- Assists in developing sourcing plans of Active /Passive components and Electrical commodity
- Well versed in terms of Global Sourcing of components from USA, Europe , UK and SEA
- Develop and manage the suppliers to drive to the next level of performance
- Able to drive Continuous Cost Reduction and Competitiveness towards the goals from Customers and Management.
