Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing/Operation Manager at HCAH India located in Navi Mumbai. The Candidate will be responsible for recruiting candidates for Patient care, getting candidates from Institutes(PMKVY/DDUGKY), handling daily operational work, dealing with clients, CAS Management, and informative content related to medical rehabilitation, homecare services, and assisted living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Understanding of Healthcare industry terminology
• Knowledge of Rehabilitation and Elder Care practices
• Must specialize in recruiting caregivers or GDA from different sources for homecare.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
