Responsibilities: -
- Sourcing candidates through INFRACON experience for Infrastructure Tenders
- Identifying lucrative partnership opportunities with esteemed organizations such as NHAI, PWD, MORTH, BRO, and other Government Organizations.
- Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing IFRACON and similar portals for efficient CV evaluations.
- Understanding project requirements outlined in RFPs for DPR, AE, PMC, Safety, IE, and Supervision.
- Engaging and collaborating with contractors for Job Prebid Consultancy, EPC Detailed Designs, and other essential project aspects.
- Cultivating new relationships to expand our business and reach greater heights.
- Handling the tendering process for small, medium, and large infrastructure projects.
- Exploring joint ventures, collaborations, and associations with other companies to foster growth and innovation.
- Managing all necessary documentation related to tendering.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure utmost satisfaction.
