Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcer/Recruiter (US / Canada) at Rapid Crew Solutions Inc. in Ahmedabad. The Sourcer/Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions, conducting resume sourcing and accounts sourcing, assisting with virtual assistance tasks, and providing comprehensive staffing solutions. The Sourcer/Recruiter will also be involved in auditing services and ensuring compliance with payroll management.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions
• Knowledge of resume sourcing and screening.
• Ability to provide proper information and job details to the candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
• Knowledge of the US job market and labor laws
