The primary goal of the Solutions Engineer is to design, execute and lead the entire pre-sales cycle covering functional, operational, and technical support activities to prospective clients and existing customers
- You will act as the trusted advisor and a consultative resource to both internal (eg Sales, Product, Account Management, etc) and external stakeholders, assisting in driving new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within their respective territory, as well as meeting and/or exceeding all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals
- The core function of this role will be to assess customer key business requirements and solutionize the Enfusion offering through demonstrations and conversations - leveraging the Platform (SaaS and Managed Services) with a high degree of conviction and clear understanding of client requirements and pain points
- This position will include the organization, planning, directing, and coordination of all aspects of pre-sale engagement covering the entire Enfusion platform across all target addressable markets

What You ll Do:
- Assist the solutions engineering team regionally across:
- RFI responses
- Sample Portfolio uploads for prospects
- Sample report creation for demonstrations
- Via demonstrations across information and due diligence gathering for documentation
- Across competitive landscape documentation
- Solutions Engineer to Product liaison across:
- Prospect requirement inquiries
- New product releases + communication back to the regional SE teams
- SME on new functional releases to product (Use Case + Functional solution)
- Assist in JIRA documentation for product suggestions / gaps as it relates to prospect / opportunity discussions
- Solution Engineer to Implementation liaison across:
- Assist in prospect / opportunity due diligence for smooth hand-offs
- Assist in information gathering across Sales to Interfaces, specifically:
- Gather interface requirements
- Cross reference those to Enfusion s internal library
- Confirm support / non-support
- If non-support, manage appropriate JIRAs
- Liaise with Interfaces to get time-lines and costs
- Facilitate details to Sales, SE s and Implementations
- Standardize Solutions Engineering documentation for future consumption and future engineers onboarding
- Assist the SE team across maintenance of our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
- Assist the SE team across maintenance of Confluence pages
- Maintain/Update common SE pages used across the team: notes on prospect confluence pages, Discovery templates, and SE home page
- Maintain the DemoAdmin Environment used across the Revenue organization
- Maintain sensible NAV, PL, Cash Balances across funds used by the global team to demo and help maintain individual user funds on request
- Maintain/Update Preference (Back End) settings across the global team as requested
What You ll Need:
Bachelor degree required (preferably in Business, Operations, similar) Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive - Willing to reach out across internal teams to solve issues and escalate where deemed necessary
Knowledge of buy-side fintech technology applications + integrations
Deep understanding of different asset classes + workflows
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately
