- Develop documentation and resources to improve user experience and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with data handling and analysis tools is a plus.
- A passion for customer success and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
