A multinational cyber security firm that has been helping businesses since 2002 recognise, identify, and address sophisticated security risks from data and devices entering and leaving their networks is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Presales) to be based in their Mumbai, India Office.
In the fields of data sanitisation, vulnerability detection, multi-scanning, device compliance, and cloud access control, my client is a trailblazer and industry leader.
Job Responsibilities:
- Increase client knowledge and confidence in our offerings
- To grow the enterprise and government business, collaborate with partners and the sales staff
- Oversee, complete, and submit thorough answers to industry RFPs.
- Manage customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in
- Understanding customer organization, their IT and security requirements and goals
- Support proof of concepts, implementations and installations as needed to successfully satisfy customer requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of cybersecurity or networking software sales engineering or technical sales experience
- Outstanding history of generating new business and reaching or beyond sales objectives
- A good foundation of networking concepts
- Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications in Windows and Linux environments
- Comfortable leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT administrator)
