We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer, whose work focuses on supporting sales representatives and partner executives by answering technical questions prospects might have.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilledSolutions Consultantto join our team. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and internal teams to gather business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery. You will be responsible for translating client needs into functional specifications, collaborating with product and development teams to implement solutions, and driving successful outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our multiple domains, their components, and solutions.
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and provide guidance on how our platform can address their needs.
- Work closely with the product development and delivery teams to design and document solutions, ensuring that they align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with software developers, architects, and product teams to meet client project deadlines and ensure quality delivery.
- Provide technical support during project delivery and implementation, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring smooth deployment.
- Assist in writing technical proposals, solution documentation, and architectural designs. Participate in presales meetings, clearly explaining the platform's capabilities to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve platform features and client solutions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a consultant, business analyst, or technical sales role, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level software systems, integration methodologies, and data management practices.
- Ability to break down complex problems, analyze requirements, and design clear and effective solutions.
- Experience in writing clear and concise technical documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system architectures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of blockchain concepts and their application in chemical management or similar industries is aplus.
