As we undergo rapid expansion, we are establishing offices in strategic locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a Solutions Architect based in India (Mumbai or Bangalore). This role will report directly to the Regional Director.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web 3 Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our clients business needs and our technical capabilities, working closely with clients to identify use cases, develop business cases, and create value frameworks. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industry trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Your responsibilities include
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to identify and define business use cases for Web3 solutions.
- Develop and present compelling business cases and value propositions to stakeholders.
- Support clients in gathering and articulating detailed requirements.
Solution Development:
- Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions in collaboration with development teams.
- Assist in high-level solution design, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Work closely with engineers to translate high-level designs into low-level technical specifications.
Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and engineers to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent Hedera Hashgraph and stay updated on emerging trends.
Industry Insight:
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the Web3 space.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market feedback and client interactions.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting role within the technology sector.
- Proven experience with Web3 technologies, blockchain platforms, or decentralized applications.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
