Education: Bachelor's or master's in computer science or a related field.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience

Job Description/Role & Responsibilities:

oProviding solutions wrt Kore.AI chatbot development

Mandatory skill-sets:

oProven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role, with a focus on chatbot development and conversational AI

oStrong expertise in the Kore.ai platform, including its features, capabilities, and APIs

oSolid understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and AI technologies related to chatbot development

oProficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, and experience with web technologies (RESTful APIs, JSON, etc.)

oExperience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of deployment and scaling strategies

Must have Kore-certified skills
