Solution Architect (14 - 18 years)
- Candidate must have 12+ years of hard-core .NET full stack hands-on development experience.
- B.Tech /B.E/ MTech or equivalent degree from a reputed college & excellent academic record, having worked on C# and .NET in building highly scalable and performant distributed systems.
- Sound knowledge in microservice architecture, Azure DevOps and other Agile development tools.
- Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort by conducting full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business and technical requirements, as is and to be scenarios.
- Create design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executives.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and collaborating with other architects and stakeholders to define the software architecture, system components and integration points.
- Formulating and leading technical / functional activities to prospective business partners clients while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, event-driven IT, predictive analytics and AI automation technologies.
- Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
- Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written and strong relationship, collaboration skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks and tools and support multiple concurrent activities and to interface with external / internal resources, working as a member of a matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
